Dan’s Dog, a beloved local eatery, came under new ownership this summer.

The new owners, Jason and Dana Graf, Jon McCale, Randi Suliks and Joe Inglett took over the business in June with fanfare from patrons who were not ready to give up the restaurant’s menu of hot dogs with multiple fixings.

The new partnership came about when the group purchased the business from the previous owners, Steve and Kay Chylik, who had owned it since 1995. Paul and Terra Davis had a lease-to-own agreement with the Chyliks for three years before the restaurant closed in May.

They are no longer in the picture.

The new owners have said that they wish to continue the legacy of Paul and Terra Davis and hope to be the last owners of the local diner.
