James F. Klesack, 73, passed away suddenly Monday, September 11, 2017. Born in Medina on July, 26, 1944, to the late Franklin J. and Elizabeth M. (nee Hood) Klesack, James graduated from Bowling Green State University.
He worked for Kingsberry Homes in Davenport, Iowa in the home building industry. James also worked in health care management for Welborn HMO in Evansville, Indiana, Mutual of Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska and Black Hills Specialty Physicians in Rapid City, South Dakota.
He had a passion for gardening and recently became a certified organic gardener and a bee keeper. James enjoyed cooking. He was also famous for baking the "Best Dang Apple Pie" and coconut cake. Most recently, James has been working to renovate his home which has been in the family for the last 60 years.
James is survived by his children, Wendy (Christopher) Hadden and Katie Klesack - Bradley; grandchildren, Austin and Madison (children of Wendy) Lauren, Cole and Margot (children of Katie) and sister, Marcia (Hans) Mosimann (nee Klesack).
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 11 A.M. at Waite and Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina. The family will receive friends Friday, September 15, 2017 from 5 to 8 P.M. in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Highland Foundations in memory of James at 3880 Ridge Rd., Medina, OH 44256.
