Horst Dujahn, 87, of Hinckley, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 13, 2018.
Horst was one of the founding partners of Zip Tool and Die in Cleveland and worked there until he retired. In retirement he enjoyed many years of gardening, golfing, fishing and making friends in Florida where he and Eva spent many happy winters together.
He was the beloved husband of Eva (deceased), to whom he was married for 59 years; dearest father of Sabine (Randy) Klein and grandfather of Vanessa (Evan) Klein-Mooney and Alexander Klein; Horst is survived by his dearest sister, Ilse (Gunther deceased) Steffens; nephew, Frank and family; beloved niece, Andrea and her family and his sister-in-law, Rita.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Helmut and their parents.
The family would like to convey a special thank you to all of the staff at The Renaissance of Richfield for their loving care and support during the last few years of his life. As well as all of the wonderful care he received from the caregivers of Kindred Hospice during the last months of his life.
A celebration of his life will be determined at a later date.
