Mark Brown, 67, of Penfield, passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 20, 2018 surrounded by family. He was born in Elyria, to Lee and Esther (Sooy) Brown.
Mark was a 1968 graduate of Keystone H.S. He studied art at Kent State and later graduated from LCCC. He was a gifted artist and his talent gave him the ability to view life from another side. Friends and family were fortunate to partake in hearing the great stories he told.
Upon graduating, Mark began working for Union Pacific Railroad. Throughout his life, he enjoyed farming and hunting. His favorite peaceful place was sitting in the woods connecting with nature.
Mark is survived by his sisters, Marty Carter (Bill) of Knoxville, Tennessee, Barbie Yeamans Komlenic (Dan) of San Diego, California; nieces, Ashley Carter (Jason) of Apex, North Carolina, Lindsey Carter (Doug) of Cuyahoga Falls and many beloved cousins and friends.
In honor of Mark's wishes, there will be no services.
