Deana Jo Feesler, 67, of Creston, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018 at her home. She was born August 4, 1950 in Zanesville, to the late Delores Hoadley Kauf and Dean Huffman.
She graduated from Cloverleaf High School and from Akron University with a degree in American Sign Language. She enjoyed teaching sign language to deaf children and was a translator for the deaf. Deana was very active with church functions such as prayer groups and Bible study as well as was an avid worker for disabled rights. She enjoyed her family, knitting, crocheting and making items for her grandchildren. Deana loved attending her grandkids school functions and was always willing to help someone if she could.
Deana is survived by her husband of 47 years, Harry; sons, Harry Jay III (Joy) Feesler of Arkansas, Clint Feesler of Sullivan and Wes Feesler of Creston; grandsons, Jack Fields and Aiden Feesler; granddaughters, Kyra Feesler and Kyleigh Feesler; sister, Andie (Bill) Sellers and stepbrothers, Matt and Mike Zgrabik.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Regenia.
At this time, no services will be held.
