Frank R. Shellenbarger, Sr., 82, of Spencer, passed away Friday, March 2, 2018. He was born January 17, 1936 in Cleveland to George and Jenny (Ranes) Shellenbarger.
Frank married Mary Louise Ogle, July 15, 1961 and they moved to Spencer in 1978. He retired from General Packaging in Medina and was a member of the Wellington Eagles.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Louise, to whom he was married to for 56 years; daughter, Suzanne Shellenbarger of Spencer; sons, Frank, Jr. and Andrew of Burbank and James of Rittman; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; siblings, Rose of Cleveland, Mable of Flint, Michigan, Mary Louise of Mentor, John of Lorain, William of Wooster, Tessica of Lawrence, Kansas, Jessie of Port Clinton and Alan of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Michael; brothers, Clifford, Victor and Richard; sisters, Verna, Vernnotta and Frances.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 11 A.M. at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, 8420 Buffham Rd., Lodi. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Parker Funeral Home, 202 E. Main St., Spencer, 330-648-2180.
