Isaac L. Keim, 69, of Homerville, died Sunday, August 26, 2018 at his home from cancer. He was born March 6, 1949 in Orrville to the late Leroy J. and Susan L. (Miller) Keim and married Sarah M. Zook on March 29, 1973 who survives.
He was a Bishop in the Old Order Amish.
Surviving are his wife, Sarah; children, Emma (Jerry) Hershberger of Homerville, Roy (Mary) Keim of Chatham, Susan (John) Glick of Gilman, Wisconsin, Anna (Andy) Hershberger and Joe (Amanda) Keim both of Homerville, Menno (Emma) Keim of Chatham, William Keim of Canton, Katie (Jacob) Yoder of Jeromesville, Lizzie (Mose) Swartzentruber of Polk, Enos (Leanna) Keim of Spencer, Mose (Katie) Keim of Homerville, Mary (Albert) Miller of West Salem, Isaac, Jr. (Katie) Keim and Dannie (Mary) Keim both of Homerville; 81 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Alvin (Anna) Keim of Homerville, Mattie (Mose) Swartzentruber of Polk, Mose (Anna - Deceased) Keim of Rensselaer Falls, New York, Levi (Susie) Keim of Homerville, John (Esther) Keim of Sullivan, Anna (Henry) Troyer of Boonville, Missouri, Lizzie (Joe) Yoder of Somerton, Mary (Joe) Hershberger of Boonville, Missouri and Ella (Jacob) Yoder of Peoli and a sister-in-law, Arie Keim of Sullivan.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Keim and his parents.
Services will be Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 9 A.M. at the Keim residence with Bishop Sam Hershberger officiating. Burial will be in the Keim Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday, August 27, 2018 and Tuesday, August 28, 2018 from 6 to 8 P.M. Murray Funeral Home in Creston is handling arrangements.
