Howard Peck, 89, of Brunswick, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Plum Creek Assisting Living. Howard was born April 17, 1929 in Berea, to the late Clarence and Adah (nee Pepper) Peck. He lived in Cuyahoga County many years prior to moving to Chatham, Ohio in the late 1940.
Howard had worked at the old Allison Tank Plant, prior to working at the General Motors Chevy Plant in Parma for 25 plus years as a skilled tinsmith. He was a proud member of the UAW Local 1005.
Howard was preceded in death by the love of his life and his wife, June (nee Witenhafer) married 67 years and also a brother, Edward Peck.
He is survived by his daughters, Linda (Eric) Noderer and Barbara (Curt) Zimmerman and cherished granddaughter, Emilee Zimmerman.
Private family services were held. Burial will be held at a later date in Westfield Center.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association in Howard's name.
The Bauer Funeral Home, Valley City, had the honor of serving the Peck family.
