Timothy A. Evans
Timothy A. Evans, 62, of Zanesville passed away unexpectedly in Newton, New Jersey May 16, 2019 of a massive heart attack. Tim was born May 21, 1956 in Topeka, Kansas.
Tim was a 1974 Cloverleaf graduate and an Eagle Scout. He worked in the waste water treatment industry in various capacities from drafting, designing and installation. While in high school he ran track, hurdles, football and baseball. Tim was the most generous and compassionate man. He always gave of himself and his material possessions unconditionally.
Tim is survived by his mother, Martha Evans; brothers, Lee (Marilyn) Evans, Brian Evans, Richard (Michelle) Evans, Kevin (Linda) Evans; nephews, Lee Potts and Dusty Evans and niece, Holly Evans; he is also survived by his "loving sunshine" Susan Jenkins and her children, Michael and Hailey Jenkins whom he loved as his own and their beloved dog "Mister Miley", who was always by his side will miss him terribly, as well as all who knew Tim with his gentle, loving personality and smile.
Tim was preceded in death by his biological father, Richard A. Gilbert; adopted father that raised and loved him as his own, Keith B. Evans; grandparents, Robert and Mildred Reed, Gail and Kathryn Gilbert and Harold and Ethel Evans.
A visitation will be Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at the Canaan Freewill Baptist Church, 12723 Cleveland Road, Creston, between the hours 5 and 8 p.m. and one hour prior to service, Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Acme Road, Seville.
