Pamela Louise Chappell (nee Kovarik), 70, of Wadsworth, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at her home. She was born November 3, 1948 to Emil and Zana (nee Smith) Kovarik in Medina Township.
Pamela was born and raised in Medina and was a Highland graduate. She was a loving, caring mother, sister and loved spending time with her friends at craft classes. She enjoyed many crafting activities, knitting, quilting and making jewelry. She spent many years creating bread dough ornaments and selling them at local craft shows. She also enjoyed spending time with her seven grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters, Kelly Kusemamuriwo and Nikki (Scott) Danko; grandchildren, Tristan Chappell, Quinton Brady, Tiana Kusemamuriwo, Ayden Kusemamuriwo, Rylee Danko, Mya Chappell and Kenzee Danko; sister, Barbara Sprowl (nee Smith) and brothers, Terry Kovarik (Shirley) and Clarence Kovarik.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents; daughter, Kristie Chappell and son-in-law, Farai Kusemamuriwo.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Sharon Center United Methodist Church, 6407 Ridge Rd., Wadsworth, where Pamela and her daughters have been long time members. They will greet family at 10:30 a.m. and service following at 11 a.m.
